Located on the second floor views of the harbour it has 68.8 sq metre floor space ( 738 sq feet) with a spacious balcony. The main bedroom has a double bed and ensuite shower room , the second bedroom has a double bed . There is a spacious open plan kitchen / living /dining area with all modern appliances.

The apartment is located at Jacobs Island on a site that has miles of shoreline walk ways to enjoy the fresh air from Cork harbour. It is a short walk to the Mahon Point shopping centre Corks newest shopping centre with restaurants, cinemas , clothes shops and bars and a Tesco shopping centre open 24 hours a day. It is just off the ring road first exit after the Jack Lynch Tunnel as you cross the River Lee, a short drive to the airport and within easy access of Little Island , Ringaskiddy and the City centre. It is an ideal base for a weeks stay either on business or for pleasure in Cork. The property can be booked from Monday—Friday to facilitate the business traveller or from Friday— Sunday /Monday for those who want to visit for a weekend.
